Popeyes UK has been ranked the fastest-growing food and beverage company in Europe in the latest FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies list.
The annual ranking, now in its tenth year, tracks revenue growth across 1,000 businesses in a range of sectors and sizes.
Popeyes UK placed first in the food and beverage category and second overall.
The ranking reflects the chain’s rapid expansion since launching in the UK in November 2021. It now operates more than 110 restaurants and employs around 3,500 staff.
Sales reached £118m in 2024, up from £15m in 2022. In 2025, the company opened nearly 50 additional sites.
It plans to continue expanding at a similar rate in 2026, citing continued demand across the UK.
