Carl’s Jr has opened its first restaurant in the UK at St. David’s Shopping Centre in Cardiff.
Boparan Restaurant Group is the master franchisee of Carl’s Jr in the UK. Boparan also operates Slim Chickens, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and six other concepts.
They plan on opening 100 stores across the UK & Ireland within the next 4 years. Their second store will open in the south of England this summer.
The Cardiff store reportedly had more than 200 sales transactions in the first hour of operations.
