Fast-casual poke bowl brand Honi Poke has launched a franchising programme as it looks to expand across the UK, with Seeds Consulting appointed as franchise advisor.
The brand is built around fresh ingredients, bold flavours and healthy eating, with a menu centred on premium-quality produce for health-conscious consumers.
Its menu includes poke bowls, salads, hot bowls and sides, making the concept suitable for a range of sites including high streets, city centres, shopping centres, retail parks and travel hubs.
As part of its expansion strategy, the company is seeking experienced franchisees to develop regional clusters in key metropolitan markets.
