US fast-casual brand Velvet Taco will open its first UK site at Broadgate Circle this July, bringing its globally inspired taco menu to London.
CEO Clay Dover has said that the brand plans to open two new UK restaurants each year, targeting 10 locations by 2030.
The concept will localise with UK-specific menu specials like a Sunday roast taco and operate late-night hours in line with its US model.
