The Sushi Co has reported record week-on-week average transactions and sales. Overall, the company’s sales have increased by 16.3% year-over-year while a 12% increase was reported in Q2 compared to Q1 of 2025.
The franchise, known for its live sushi kitchens across London and beyond, also confirmed its best ever Monday last week.
Raheel Choudhary, Co Founder of The Sushi Co confirms: “Last Monday was incredible. It was just like a weekend in terms of sales. However, this is not a one off. We are gaining momentum across all of 21 our sites for turnover and transaction numbers as like-for-like figures continue to improve as we attract even more new customers.
Nine of our restaurants have all hit record sales within the past few weeks and these figures have been repeated. In June and July of this year, we broke our total sales record three times.”
