With a degree in Business Management and a career rooted in family entrepreneurship, Faisal Aziz, Managing Director of Isaac Wholesale, has built his leadership on both academic insight and hands-on experience.
He first entered the business at just 16, taking on roles across the company to understand its operations from the ground up. That early experience now guides his commercial and strategic leadership, combining sound economics with psychological insight to foster sustainable, long-term growth.
Family has been central to Faisal’s journey. Inspired by his father’s passion and hands-on approach, he developed an early understanding of what it takes to sustain a successful enterprise.

Isaac Wholesale today works with some of the biggest names in the sector, from McCain and Lamb Weston to Heinz and KTC. These long-standing client relationships—some spanning more than a decade—demonstrate the company’s ethos of partnership over transactions.

Away from business, Faisal recharges with bodybuilding, family walks, chess, and Islamic studies, describing himself as an introvert at heart who values reflection and balance alongside professional drive.
