Prezzo Italian CEO James Brown has outlined his vision to revitalise the casual dining brand, following this week’s rebrand and the reopening of its Kensington High Street site.
Brown recently told MCA that the group had simplified menus, modernised interiors and sharpened operations across the 96-strong estate. He confirmed 15 refurbishments are planned for 2025, with a wider focus on training, pricing and long-term brand value.
He said: “It was clear Prezzo had been underinvested. We’re focused on building an agile.”
The former BrewDog executive was appointed as Prezzo’s new boss last year. His arrival came a year after the closure of 46 loss making restaurants, which had been hammered by higher energy and food costs.
