US fast-casual sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s Subs have announced its expansion to the UK and Ireland with plans to open 400 restaurants.
The group recently signed a franchise agreement with JM Submarines UK LTD, led by Jersey Mike’s founder and Chairman of the Board, Peter Cancro
The agreement marks the first European expansion for the company, with plans to open the first location in 2026.

Founded in 1956 as Mike’s Subs with one location in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, Jersey Mike’s is a popular American fast-casual sub sandwich chain known for its fresh, made-to-order subs in authentic East Coast style.
