Black Sheep Coffee will launch a new Derby outlet at Derbion Shopping Centre on July 7, 2026, marking another step in the brand’s UK expansion.
Located opposite the cinema and close to the food court, the store will occupy a high-footfall spot within one of the East Midlands’ largest retail destinations.
Designed for commuters, students, shoppers, and cinemagoers, the site will offer seating for coffee breaks, informal meetings, and study sessions.
Its arrival also underlines Black Sheep Coffee’s strategy of targeting areas with large student populations and strong Gen Z appeal.
Derby’s status as home to one of the UK’s largest universities further strengthens the location’s appeal for the operator.
Inside, the outlet will feature Black Sheep Coffee’s graffiti-inspired design and operate throughout the day.
Menu options will include signature speciality-grade Robusta coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha, Norwegian waffles, all-day breakfast dishes, and bakery items.
