Papa Johns UK has agreed to an exclusive two-year partnership with Uber Direct, which will now handle all deliveries for orders made through the chain’s website or app.

The service will use Uber’s courier network and technology, the same system that runs Uber Eats.

The two companies first teamed up in April 2024. Customers ordering directly from Papa Johns can still collect loyalty points, called Dough Dough, with each purchase.

Lee Leadbeatter, Director, International Operations Excellence at Papa Johns UK, says: “Since partnering with Uber Direct and launching our Delivery-as-a-Service model, we have seen a noticeable uplift in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and service.

The integration has enabled us to expand our delivery reach, improve our service times, and maintain our high standards of quality, whilst delivering our pizzas hot and fresh.”

Serge Abdel Hak, Food Delivery Lead at Uber Direct, says: “We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Papa Johns UK. Together, we’ve built a reliable delivery model that not only drives cost savings and operational efficiencies, but also upholds Papa Johns’ customer guarantees.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together and the success Papa Johns UK has seen as a result.”
