Shake Shack UK parent Diverse Dining posted a profit after tax of £1.06m for the year ending December 2024, an increase from £764k loss from the year before, according to a recent Companies House filing.
Sales increase from £48.3m to £51.5m. Gross profit rose from 68.14% to 69.44%
The group said sales increased despite the closing of certain delivery kitchens. Additionally, Shake Shack also expanded its delivery sales channel to three aggregator partnerships.
Diverse Dining said: “In 2024 and moving into 2025, the trading landscape continues to improve with restaurant sales increasing towards pre-pandemic levels. Due to this change, the company is actively in pursuit of further sites within its trading area.”
Shake Shack has three restaurants scheduled to open in 2025.
