Amsterdam based smash burger brand Fat Phills is making moves into the Republic of Ireland having signed a multi unit franchise agreement with a local operator.
The brand’s first site as part of this deal will be in Dublin’s Temple Bar and will open next month. This deal includes a development plan to roll out multiple site across Ireland over the next five years.
The deal was brokered by F&B franchise consultancy, Seed Consultants and is Fat Phills second international market entry having made their UK debut in Clapham last year.
The UK deal was a franchise agreement signed with Freshly Baked designed to develop the brand across the UK. This includes initial plans for three initial stores in London’s High Street and a further 100 UK sites over the next 10 years.
Founded in 2019 by Armin Vahabian, Far Phills has grown to 20 sites across the Netherlands
