Deliveroo has reported revenue in the UK and Ireland increased 7% to £327m in first quarter of 2025. The company said gross transactional value (GTV) in the UK and Ireland grew 9% year-on-year, the same as in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Orders in the UK and Ireland grew 7% year-on-year to 72.6 million, compared with 5% in the fourth quarter of 2024. GTV per order in the quarter was up 2% in constant currency to £27.60
UKI GTV hit £1.18bn with 42.6 million orders – both ahead of the market – while international growth was driven by gains in the UAE and Italy.
Monthly active users rose to 7 million, with Deliveroo maintaining full-year guidance for high single-digit GTV growth and £170–190m adjusted EBITDA.
